The Friends of Longrun Meadow are currently looking for enthusiastic people to join the committee.
The committee is made up of local people who volunteer to work, in partnership with Taunton Deane Borough Council, to manage and maintain the open space and to encourage the local community to use the land through sporting activities, events and by organising the volunteers who look after the wildlife and environment of the meadow. We meet once every three months.
This EGM is an opportunity to elect new members, to fill essential named positions and to refocus the committee.
If you are able to give your time, expertise or enthusiasm and would like to contribute to how the meadow is run, please get in touch or join us at the EGM.
