Meet at the Oak Barn for a slow walk taking in the sights, sounds and textures of the meadow and taking plenty of time to absorb the atmosphere.
Please dress for the weather and activity level. Bring a hot drink, snack and seat pad if you think you will want them.

Accessibility: there are uneven paths but the route is flexible and can be tailored to the needs of the group. Please get in touch if you have specific questions.
